Tuesday Night Time Trials
6:30pm (sign up at 6:00) at the pond on St. Anne’s Rd (across from Spallumcheen Golf Course)
Off Season Cycling is available through Parks & Rec for the winter months.

Masters swimming is available through Parks & Rec
Tues & Thurs 8-9pm
Wed & Fri 6:30-7:30am

These workouts are available for any triathletes...not just Kal RATS members, but you must be a current TriBC member (for insurance purposes). Cost is $40 per month ($50 when swimming starts) or drop in for $10 per session. Weekend sessions are open to all Kal RATS members (with current TriBC membership) with no drop in fee.
These workouts are inclusive for all club members--regardless of ability. The intent is to provide value and improvement for all athletes in a safe and supportive environment.
Current coaches: Melissa Spooner, Mike Champigny, Peter Solymosi & Kim Young. Any other coaches or prospective coaches are encouraged to participate as well.

Casual Workouts
