Saturday, June 22, 2024 3pm – 5pm at Starting Block Running and Trail Shoe Store-3100 29th Avenue Vernon BC.

Sunday, June 23, 2024 (race day) 7am – 8am at Kin Beach.

Volunteer:
Volunteers are required for positions that include setting up the transition area, registration and body marking, assisting with the swim (kayak, paddleboard, canoe), course marshals for run and bike course, timing, and cleanup.  If you are able to help out or would like further information, please go to our volunteer signup page at signupgenius.com.
